Portal Cupcakes

On Wednesday, I made Carrot Cake Cupcakes for our friend's birthday. When her husband explained that he wanted "Portal" cupcakes, I was puzzled? What the heck are portal cupcakes?!? Luckily, my husband is a great help in these situations which require a love for video games, so he was able to help me design the fondant toppers for these babies. I was thrilled with the result.
